City Works services are available through two routes:

  • One Step Shop is on Ferensway and Princes Dock Street offering a drop-in service featuring job vacancy display boards and specialised advisors that can assist on issues such as benefit allowances, disability and getting back into the workplace.
  • City Works Outreach Project focuses on reaching out into the communities within Hull, enabling us to reach audiences that may have otherwise not have access to up-to-date employment information. A large part of our outreach work is to come into your area and bring information to you on training and jobs.

We aim to assist you in accessing information on employment related issues. You may need us to assist you in doing your CV or completing an application form for a job. Even if we can not help you we can sign post you to an organisation that can.
